Our 5th and 6th class pupils headed off to Galway racecourse for the annual Galway athletics Cross Country event. With over 2500 participants on the day, it was a very busy field. Thanks to Ms. Daly for preparing the boys and girls. Thanks too to Mr. Carroll who went on the day. We were delighted that all the runners completed the course and had the added bonus that Aoife in 6th class even managed to qualify for the finals day next week.

Well done boys and girls
